Aged in 100% new barrels for 10 months. The best plot of Merlot on the property allows us to produce this wine. Powerful nose with spicy notes relayed on the palate by an explosion of aromas ranging from ripe fruit to candied fruit. Very long in the mouth, it will accompany your game, red meats and cheeses.

Cellaring capacity: 5 years. Serving temperature: 16 to 18°C. Decanting the wine 2 hours before serving promotes the expression of fruity aromas and makes the tannins even silkier.
