Cabernet Sauvignon


Wine aged for 10 months in oak barrels. Intense dark garnet colour. The parcels of old vines exploited for this wine highlight mature fruits supported by judicious barrel ageing. This wine will go particularly well with red meats and cheeses.

Grapes: blend made up of 50% Merlot and 50% Cabernet Sauvignon.
Number of bottles produced: 7,000

Cellaring capacity: 5 years. Serving temperature: 16 to 18°C. Decanting the wine 2 hours before serving promotes the expression of fruity aromas and makes the tannins even silkier.
